Check Point offers a large portfolio of software products; each product may have several versions in use, and each version includes several components that compose the product kit, such as a plug, a CD and a user manual. This complexity calls for a clear and accurate configuration management, in order to ensure that customers get the exact product configuration ordered with all the matching components.

Codaf has built and manages a comprehensive product tree of Check Point’s products. Using advanced configuration-management methodologies and an ERP system, we implement part-number, labeling and bar-coding methods that ensure accurate tracking and identification of the product components, throughout production, kitting, packaging and shipping.
