Variable Data Printing

Codaf allows you to print documents with variable data. This allows you to personalize marketing materials (for example, by inserting the customer’s name throughout a letter), and makes it easy to produce large quantities of business cards, tent cards, certificates, or other documents that have data fields such as name, company, and phone number.

How it Works
Variable data printing starts with a data source (this can be an Excel file, a comma - or tab-delimited text file, or a database) and a PDF template document (with empty fields where the variable data should go). We can prepare a template and print it with variable data you provide. Alternatively, you can do this yourself with eDaf, Codaf’s online self-service system. eDaf allows you to upload a data source and a template in PDF format, select a quantity, printing options and delivery options. Press Go and the document is printed automatically and shipped to you.

Another useful option is Mail-To-Print. eDaf can send an e-mail containing a form to someone in your organization. When the form is returned, by regular e-mail, the document is printed with the new information supplied.
